Quality Control

Since its inception, Chase has always put Quality first.

Our  Quality Control process is a simple one. But it is one that we never stray from. All consignments are checked at our packhouse by our Quality control team consisting of experts and well trained staff. If the item is stored for more than 48 hours then a dispatch check is done as well. Only after a detailed inspection and quality assurance, a consignment is approved for shipment. Additional checks can be arranged as required, and the level of detail of each check can be modified to suit specific customer needs.
